HOTEL REGISTRATION: Registering for the conference DOES NOT automatically register you for a hotel room. To register for your hotel room at the special conference rate, call (215) 627-1200 by March 3 and mention "EDA" for your special rate of $153.

CANCELLATION: In the event you need to cancel your conference registration prior to March 15, you will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. There is no refund for cancellations made after March 15, 2010. The hotel has its own cancellation policy. Please inquire about that when making your hotel reservations.
